Service Agreements

You become a preferred customer by purchasing a service agreement. We schedule tune-ups for you and call you to confirm the dates.

Tune-ups are performed twice a year, once in spring and once in the fall, and provide feedback on the performance of a system.

Preventative maintenance is designed to optimize the efficiency of your HVAC equipment. Greater efficiency means greater savings on your electric bill.

As a preferred customer, you are entitled to a 15% discount on all parts and $45 service calls during regular business hours (compared to the normal price of $75).

The annual service agreement costs $150 for the first unit and $50 for each additional unit.
