A/C stopped working late in the day with outside temps almost in the 100’s. Prosper Air was called (second time I used them). They (Justin the owner) was at my house, after hours, with the proper parts in his truck and fixed me up quick! I called Prosper Air because they helped us out before and Josh, their tech, couldn’t have been more friendlier or professional. This is a small but amazing company. We love mom/pop businesses and will continue to use Prosper Air in the future along with telling others about our experience.

Tabitha is amazing, she has helped us for years at our house in Prosper. Today we were concerned and worried about a safety issue and she added us to the schedule and came at 8 PM to help us. We really appreciate Tabatha and Prosper Air a fantastic reliable, company.

I’m such a beginner with all aspects AC care. Tabitha was so kind and helpful and cared to teach a lot about maintenance of the units. The job I called her for (change our filters; I had no idea what to do) was done quickly and while I would have been satisfied there, she cared to stay and teach me, and also hose down our condensers (condensers, learned that word from her! Lol). Also really appreciate the short wait for an appointment. Would call her again if needed!!
