I wish I could give this business six stars for being quick to respond, making a quick diagnosis, making the repair, and operating in an ethical and honest way. When it’s one of the hottest days of the year, you are at the mercy of the air conditioning specialist. Prosper Air did what needed to be done, and no more. The service tech made some recommendations but didn’t try to hard sell us into something more expensive. Thank you, thank you!

I’m such a beginner with all aspects AC care. Tabitha was so kind and helpful and cared to teach a lot about maintenance of the units. The job I called her for (change our filters; I had no idea what to do) was done quickly and while I would have been satisfied there, she cared to stay and teach me, and also hose down our condensers (condensers, learned that word from her! Lol). Also really appreciate the short wait for an appointment. Would call her again if needed!!

This family owned / operated business has been my go to HVAC company for over 8 years. Always prompt and friendly. They have always been able to address any problems with my 2 a/c units. Work is always done at a fair price.

Exceeds expectations. Arrived on my doorstep 1 minute early, 1:29 for a 1:30 PM appointment on a Saturday no less. A very nice family. Justin and Tabitha arrived and worked as a team, to diagnose the issue in an efficient manner. It was a typical Dallas hot August Saturday, and they worked very hard to get after the issue and diagnose the problem. I carry an annual maintenance contract with Prosper Air, where they come out 2x per year for preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company. They are locally owned and do a great job.

Justin and Tabitha are awesome! They were able to come the next day I was having a cooling problem and were able to install the coil in a very timely manner. I really felt so comfortable having them in our house, they honestly feel like family when they are doing the job. The prices are a little lower I found than “the other guys”. I highly recommend them! Will definitely use them again!

Prosper Air is the best. No price gouging. They have integrity. They just replaced my upstairs 3 ton A/C unit. Got two other bids that gave me stomach issues. Quality work, plus can work in 70s instead of high 80s we had with the old unit freezing up so frequently. When they finished they reduced price from quote due to not having to replace two parts. Can imagine the price gouging companies not doing same.

Prosper Air came out quickly to fix my heater! I was so impressed with their professionalism, price and communication! I will definitely be using them again.
