Great price, service, and products!! Helped us replace a part and found out it was under warranty and fixed a leak we had. Would call them every time!

Prosper Air is the best. No price gouging. They have integrity. They just replaced my upstairs 3 ton A/C unit. Got two other bids that gave me stomach issues. Quality work, plus can work in 70s instead of high 80s we had with the old unit freezing up so frequently. When they finished they reduced price from quote due to not having to replace two parts. Can imagine the price gouging companies not doing same.

Our AC went out in the middle of summer and we have a family member who has a medical condition that makes them very sensitive to heat. Thank god we were able to connect with Prosper Air. Tabitha, one of the owners, came out after hours and repaired our system. She was prompt, professional, and had great pricing. If I ever have an AC or heating issue again, this will be my first and only call. Thank you guys!!

Our AC went out last night, so I called Prosper Air this morning at 7:30 a.m. when most other AC service providers were still closed. They answered and got me scheduled for the same day! That afternoon, they came out and replaced the part that had gone bad and got our AC running in under 20 minutes! It’s 106 degrees today, so my family and I are really happy to have AC again! They were friendly, professional, on time and had fair pricing. I’ll definitely reach out to them next time we need HVAC service!

Justin and Tabitha are awesome! They were able to come the next day I was having a cooling problem and were able to install the coil in a very timely manner. I really felt so comfortable having them in our house, they honestly feel like family when they are doing the job. The prices are a little lower I found than “the other guys”. I highly recommend them! Will definitely use them again!

I had to reach out to Prosper Air the other day. Whenever you need to contact an AC company you’re usually stressed out. This was the first hot week and our AC decided to stop. I reached out at 11pm and they were here the next afternoon. Very quick and the tech was amazing and knowledgeable. She knew the problem immediately and told me what needed to be done. She was honest and didn’t try to upsale me on new filters of anything like that. I’ll definitely use Prosper Air again!

Used Prosper Air for biannual maintenance/inspections our old house and now our new home in Frisco. Highly recommend, ontime, quick, great communication, knowledgeable and isn’t trying to get you to pay for unnecessary work. Will continue to use for many years to come!

Y’all. The AC went out Sunday downstairs, we had Prosper Air come out and within 25 min and one part replaced, it was fixed! The bill was only $280. We went from thinking it was going to cost thousands (even under warranty) to this. Highly recommend, family owned and operated! (The capacitor was bad.)

A/C stopped working late in the day with outside temps almost in the 100’s. Prosper Air was called (second time I used them). They (Justin the owner) was at my house, after hours, with the proper parts in his truck and fixed me up quick! I called Prosper Air because they helped us out before and Josh, their tech, couldn’t have been more friendlier or professional. This is a small but amazing company. We love mom/pop businesses and will continue to use Prosper Air in the future along with telling others about our experience.

I’m such a beginner with all aspects AC care. Tabitha was so kind and helpful and cared to teach a lot about maintenance of the units. The job I called her for (change our filters; I had no idea what to do) was done quickly and while I would have been satisfied there, she cared to stay and teach me, and also hose down our condensers (condensers, learned that word from her! Lol). Also really appreciate the short wait for an appointment. Would call her again if needed!!
