Our AC went out in the middle of summer and we have a family member who has a medical condition that makes them very sensitive to heat. Thank god we were able to connect with Prosper Air. Tabitha, one of the owners, came out after hours and repaired our system. She was prompt, professional, and had great pricing. If I ever have an AC or heating issue again, this will be my first and only call. Thank you guys!!

One of our A/C units went out on Labor Day weekend. Of several companies we called they were the first to respond. They came and diagnosed the problem very quickly and were happy to explain how everything worked. Got a second opinion just to be sure and Prosper Air was much more cost effective. They installed a new condenser and everything was working in less than a week (time was mostly on me). Great to work with and very professional and nice. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and were very honest people. No need to use anyone else when it comes to AC work.

Y’all. The AC went out Sunday downstairs, we had Prosper Air come out and within 25 min and one part replaced, it was fixed! The bill was only $280. We went from thinking it was going to cost thousands (even under warranty) to this. Highly recommend, family owned and operated! (The capacitor was bad.)

Exceeds expectations. Arrived on my doorstep 1 minute early, 1:29 for a 1:30 PM appointment on a Saturday no less. A very nice family. Justin and Tabitha arrived and worked as a team, to diagnose the issue in an efficient manner. It was a typical Dallas hot August Saturday, and they worked very hard to get after the issue and diagnose the problem. I carry an annual maintenance contract with Prosper Air, where they come out 2x per year for preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company. They are locally owned and do a great job.

I can honestly say that the team at Prosper Air is exceptional. They are honest, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Most importantly, they deliver on their word. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with genuine integrity, but Prosper Air does exactly that. Highly recommend!

They are prompt, fair and very knowledgeable in their field. Gave my husband great advice on upkeep and preventive measures. Highly recommend!

Justin and Tabitha are awesome! They were able to come the next day I was having a cooling problem and were able to install the coil in a very timely manner. I really felt so comfortable having them in our house, they honestly feel like family when they are doing the job. The prices are a little lower I found than “the other guys”. I highly recommend them! Will definitely use them again!
