Justin and Tabitha are awesome! They were able to come the next day I was having a cooling problem and were able to install the coil in a very timely manner. I really felt so comfortable having them in our house, they honestly feel like family when they are doing the job. The prices are a little lower I found than “the other guys”. I highly recommend them! Will definitely use them again!

A/C stopped working late in the day with outside temps almost in the 100’s. Prosper Air was called (second time I used them). They (Justin the owner) was at my house, after hours, with the proper parts in his truck and fixed me up quick! I called Prosper Air because they helped us out before and Josh, their tech, couldn’t have been more friendlier or professional. This is a small but amazing company. We love mom/pop businesses and will continue to use Prosper Air in the future along with telling others about our experience.

We received terrific service from Prosper Air. I wish I could give this business six stars for being quick to respond, making a quick diagnosis, making the repair, and operating in an ethical and honest way. When it’s one of the hottest days of the year, you are at the mercy of the air conditioning specialist. Prosper Air did what needed to be done, and no more. The service tech made some recommendations but didn’t try to hard sell us into something more expensive. Thank you, thank you!

I highly recommend this company. They are very fair on their prices and keep their appointments. They worked us in the schedule extremely fast. We will definitely be calling them again for any issues. They truly care about their customers. Tabitha was great!

One of our A/C units went out on Labor Day weekend. Of several companies we called they were the first to respond. They came and diagnosed the problem very quickly and were happy to explain how everything worked. Got a second opinion just to be sure and Prosper Air was much more cost effective. They installed a new condenser and everything was working in less than a week (time was mostly on me). Great to work with and very professional and nice. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and were very honest people. No need to use anyone else when it comes to AC work.
