You can’t get much better than these folks. I’ve used them for over seven years, always are honest, affordable, and even when busy go out of their way to get out to you. I just called them with a problem on a Sunday evening and they were out Monday morning with an inexpensive repair (thank goodness!) They won’t oversell you – they do solid work. That simple. I won’t go anywhere else.
Our AC went out last night, so I called Prosper Air this morning at 7:30 a.m. when most other AC service providers were still closed. They answered and got me scheduled for the same day! That afternoon, they came out and replaced the part that had gone bad and got our AC running in under 20 minutes! It’s 106 degrees today, so my family and I are really happy to have AC again! They were friendly, professional, on time and had fair pricing. I’ll definitely reach out to them next time we need HVAC service!
Our AC went out in the middle of summer and we have a family member who has a medical condition that makes them very sensitive to heat. Thank god we were able to connect with Prosper Air. Tabitha, one of the owners, came out after hours and repaired our system. She was prompt, professional, and had great pricing.
