This family owned / operated business has been my go to HVAC company for over 8 years. Always prompt and friendly. They have always been able to address any problems with my 2 a/c units. Work is always done at a fair price.

One of our A/C units went out on Labor Day weekend. Of several companies we called they were the first to respond. They came and diagnosed the problem very quickly and were happy to explain how everything worked. Got a second opinion just to be sure and Prosper Air was much more cost effective. They installed a new condenser and everything was working in less than a week (time was mostly on me). Great to work with and very professional and nice. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and were very honest people. No need to use anyone else when it comes to AC work.

I would highly recommend Prosper Air not just because they saved me half the cost of a local competitor, but because I felt I could trust them and enjoyed meeting them. This family owned business should be supported by our community because they are honest, economical, efficient, friendly and just down right good people.

Exceeds expectations. Arrived on my doorstep 1 minute early, 1:29 for a 1:30 PM appointment on a Saturday no less. A very nice family. Justin and Tabitha arrived and worked as a team, to diagnose the issue in an efficient manner. It was a typical Dallas hot August Saturday, and they worked very hard to get after the issue and diagnose the problem. I carry an annual maintenance contract with Prosper Air, where they come out 2x per year for preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company. They are locally owned and do a great job.

You can’t get much better than these folks. I’ve used them for over seven years, always are honest, affordable, and even when busy go out of their way to get out to you. I just called them with a problem on a Sunday evening and they were out Monday morning with an inexpensive repair (thank goodness!) They won’t oversell you – they do solid work. That simple. I won’t go anywhere else.

Tabitha owner of Prosper Air has been servicing my clients, family & friends for years. This week w two of the hottest days reaching mid 90’s our A/C motor blower went out. Tabitha came out after hours diagnosed it and had it replaced within 24 hrs. I highly recommend her. For all you HVAC needs.

Y’all. The AC went out Sunday downstairs, we had Prosper Air come out and within 25 min and one part replaced, it was fixed! The bill was only $280. We went from thinking it was going to cost thousands (even under warranty) to this. Highly recommend, family owned and operated! (The capacitor was bad.)

Tabitha was prompt, friendly and professional. She serviced our two HVAC systems and her labor costs were very reasonable. I will certainly use her services in the Future.
